Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
  • Co najmniej dwuletnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej, preferowana branża motoryzacyjna
  • Znajomość standardów ISO9001, IATF 16949
  • Znajomość podstawowych narzędzi jakości (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA)
  • Zdolności analityczne, umiejętność efektywnej pracy z danymi, planowania i realizacji celów
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne
  • Dobra znajomość j. angielskiego i/lub j. niemieckiego (warunek konieczny)

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Ścisła współpraca z dostawcami w celu zapewnienia jakości dostaw komponentów zgodnie z wymaganiami
  • Zarządzanie procesem reklamacji w przypadku niezgodności od dostawców poprzez analizę przyczyn problemu, wdrażanie działań korygujących i prewencyjnych
  • Inicjowanie niezbędnych działań w celu utrzymania wymaganego poziomu jakości, analiza i monitoring wdrożonych przez dostawcę działań korygujących
  • Doskonalenie i rozwój dostawców poprzez prowadzenie audytów wyrobu i procesu
  • Nadzór nad procesem obciążania dostawców kosztami złej jakości
  • Budowanie dobrych relacji z dostawcami
  • Zarządzanie procesem rekwalifikacji u dostawców
  • Aktywne uczestnictwo w rozwiązywaniu problemów jakościowych w swoim obszarze (A3, Ishikawa, 5Why, Pareto)
  • Współpraca z Kontrolą Dostaw

Project Leader / Project Manager

Our requirements

  • Higher degree in an engineering / technical or management field of study.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, including 2 years as a project leader/manager.
  • In addition to Polish, good knowledge of German, spoken and written (min. B2 ), knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with project and task scheduling software and ERP systems (proAlpha, SAP).
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Quality awareness, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Self-control, ability to find solutions in difficult situations.
  • Personal initiative, practical mentality, and willingness to take responsibility.

Job description

  • As a project manager, you will be responsible for the development of a new brand of campervans (RVs) that have not previously been manufactured in EHG.
  • You will work with an international team in close coordination with the responsible project/product management lead and managing director from our clients (brands), and the project team.
  • You will accompany the project from launch to the prototype and introduction of the series production.
  • You will be responsible for project control and the overall project budget, ensuring adequate cost transparency.
  • You will participate in the development of new manufacturing processes related to your project.
  • You will report regularly to management and the steering committee.
  • Depending on your qualifications, you will undertake sub-tasks in the project and related external projects.

Process Engineer

Miejsce pracy:

Our requirements

Operational skills:
• Independently plans and supervises the work of the team during the prototype built.
• Monitors the progress of the team's work and can evaluate it.
• Share the knowledge among the prototype team.
• Consciously manages team performance even when difficulties occur.

Technical and process knowledge:
• Takes part in the product development.
• Has a good knowledge of the Engineering Change process.
• Can analyze the process for errors as well as define improvements.
• Proactively identifies risks and implements preventive actions.

Professional experience:
• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Process / Production/ Product or Product Development Engineer.

Knowledge of tools:
• CimDB (or other PDM tool) – very good knowledge
• Solid Edge – (or other CAD tool) good knowledge
• Excel – very good knowledge

Language proficiency:
• English or German at B2 level
Optional
Knowledge of the second language at B1 level (English or German).


Job description

Engineering supervision of the process of preparing prototypes.
Optimization of production processes for pre-assembly and body assembly of manufactured vehicles in the area of prototypes.

Develop, maintain and update baseline documentation during prototype build:
• action plan,
• schedule (timeline),
• photos and videos.

Develop, record and supervise deviations and requests for engineering changes - so-called “Mangle” in the designated area.

Participate as well as lead projects aimed at:
• improve implementation and production processes,
• increase productivity,
• increase efficiency.
