For students

Erwin Hymer Group is working with the University of Zielona Góra. In particular, we are committed to building long-term relationships in areas relevant to our organization. In 2023, we launched a pilot program called “No More Theory,” which, among other things, allows students to complete an internship with our company. We also employ students on a contract basis.

The aim of the program is cooperation between: the student and Erwin Hymer Group, enabling education that meets the requirements of the business. We are committed to ensuring that students take their first steps with us, including through: employment based on a contract of mandate and student internship, which would result in long-term employment in our structure.

 

Under the letter of intent signed with the University of Zielona Góra, we expressed our willingness to cooperate in the following areas:

  • “conducting joint development and/or scientific research, including the organization of joint research laboratories;
  • carrying out joint projects related to the development and implementation of product innovations and business process innovations;
  • joint participation in research programs of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the European Union and in projects financed by structural and community funds;
  • implementation of joint ventures aimed at improving the qualifications, skills and competencies of employees of both Parties;
  • Implementation of joint ventures aimed at improving the qualifications, skills and competencies of students and graduates of the University’s Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, in particular through the participation of the Company in: formulating expectations as to the skills and qualifications of graduates of the Mechanical Faculty, proposing topics and carrying out diploma theses, organizing student internships and internships for graduates;
    commercialization of the results of jointly conducted development work and/or scientific research.”

Student Internships

As part of the No More Theory program, we organize internships for University of Zielona Gora students. We put the development of professional skills first.
In our company, these skills are deepened in an active form, under the guidance of experienced practitioners and top specialists. For students

Erwin Hymer is committed to working with local schools. In particular, we are committed to building long-term relationships with schools that train in professions relevant to our organization. In 2023, we launched a pilot program called “No More Theory,” which allows apprenticeships at our company.

The Center for Vocational and Continuing Education “Elektryk” in Nowa Sol CKZIU Elektryk (ckziu-elektryk.pl) is the school with which we currently cooperate.
The goal of the program is cooperation between: the student-teacher, and Erwin Hymer Group, enabling education that meets the requirements of the business. We are keen for students to spread their professional wings with us, among other things: an apprenticeship that would result in long-term employment in our structure.

Student internships

As part of the No More Theory program, we organize apprenticeships for students. We put the development of professional skills first. In our company, professional skills are deepened and developed in an active form, under the guidance of experienced practitioners and top specialists. CONTACT BY PHONE

Make yourself known. This is a stage we include in many recruitment processes. During phone interviews, we check our key criteria. If the verification goes well and your experience matches our requirements we will arrange an initial recruitment meeting.

RECRUITMENT MEETING

This is the most important stage of the interviews, and we try to make it happen in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The first stage of recruitment usually takes place online. At it you will meet a person from the HR department and the person responsible for recruitment in a particular department. The next recruitment interview is already held at the company’s headquarters with the participation of potential co-workers.
