PHONE CONTACT

Make yourself known. This is a stage we include in many recruitment processes. During phone interviews, we check our key criteria. If the verification goes well and your experience matches our requirements we will arrange an initial recruitment meeting.

INTERVIEW

This is the most important stage of the interviews, and we try to make it happen in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The first stage of recruitment usually takes place online. At it you will meet a person from the HR department and the person responsible for recruitment in a particular department. The next recruitment interview is already held at the company’s headquarters with the participation of potential co-workers.
