Erwin Hymer Group Nowa Sól Sp. z o.o. with a Sapphire Eco-Friendly certificate. Ecological activities and education in this regard remain a topic of extraordinary importance for the management of Erwin Hymer Group Ltd. Responsible caravanning and the appropriate use of nature’s resources are the designations of the Nowa Sól company’s activities and processes. The Board of Directors of Erwin Hymer Group has provided financial support to the Municipal Utilities Company Ltd. As part of the funding, MZGK organized an educational workshop “Where does the water in the tap come from and what influences its conservation?”. The target audience of the company’s activities were students of Nowa Sól elementary schools.
We are actively involved in ecological educational activities, knowing that they are what builds sustainability and intergenerational solidarity. As an industry leader, we are obliged to carry out climate-neutral production while protecting its resources. We treat caring for pro-environmental education, including among the youngest, as a top priority.

Concern for the environment is not limited to segregating garbage, it is above all a way of thinking and a way of being. The workshop, offered as part of the MZGK campaign, showed that everyone, even the smallest person, is part of nature. And it is this youngest person who models from adults. Vocational journey for students of the ‘Elektryk’ Vocational and Continuing Education Centre and Erwin Hymer Group
It is said that one does not step into the same river twice…The somewhat simplistic version of the words of Heraclitus of Ephesus is not reflected in the journey made by the students of the Vocational and Continuing Education Centre ‘Elektryk’ in Nowa Sól at Erwin Hymer Group Sp. z o.o. Nowa Sól.
Kacper Zambroziewicz and Oliwier Nowobielski, did their one-month apprenticeship in October 2023 at the company’s in Nowa Sól.
I am very satisfied with the apprentices. There were mistakes in the finished product that had to be fixed and eliminated. The apprentices built tables to test these components: the finished harnesses they completed will be assembled in the cars. We will increase efficiency and save time. The apprentices are committed and intelligent, they have built an electrical structure with a little help from me and are now helping me to build the kits.

The one-month apprenticeship for the Electrician’s students was so satisfying for both participants that it was decided to work together again. No longer in the form of an apprenticeship, but of employment. Kacper and Oliwer used the winter holiday period to spread their passions and professional wings.
The apprenticeships – ‘First professional steps’ – put down by the Electrician’s students at Erwin Hymer Group Sp z o.o. Nowa Sól is a great honour and commitment for us. I am aware that it is the first professional experience that influences the entire professional career. Our company is building a friendly space for young people, while caring for their professional aspirations and ambitions.

While employed during the winter holidays, the Electrician’s students returned to the prototype department and carried out challenging projects there. The two-week employment period was a chance to gain their first work experience, but also to prove themselves in a new professional role.
I remember well the phone call from Kacper. During the conversation, he asked for an employment opportunity during the winter holidays. It was a great pleasure for us to welcome young people on board EHG Nowa Sól. This reappearance of students in our company has allowed me to think of us as a trustworthy employer, building a space for young, committed and passionate people.
