An extremely passionate professional adventure is to create a company from the beginning, I had the honor of becoming the first Polish employee hired. Creating a team, adapting buildings, and later already developing the organization, systematizing processes and observing people committed to a common goal are the signposts of my journey at Erwin Hymer Group. Predicates such as a culture of kindness and design thinking shape our international team.

I was one of the first employees, my interview took place in a completely bare and empty building. You could say that during my employment I became a witness to the modernization of the factory and team building.

There is no room for boredom in my daily work. Thanks to my work at Erwin Hymer Group, I can develop my skills and improve them through dedicated training. It is here that I realize my professional dreams and ambitions – since I was a little boy I have “dabbled” with computers, cables and software.

I started my professional adventure in Erwin Hymer Group in August 2022, I have been in the project practically from the very beginning. The interview was a bit unusual, the first part of it took place in Teams application, the next part was already face to face. I literally waited a while for acceptance and for a year I have been a member of the Erwin Hymer Group team.

In retrospect, I can say that this is my best job. The atmosphere in our department is very good, and the team is steadily growing. We have also worked and are working for this ourselves. The added value is that we work in the Automotiv industry, our salaries are at a high level and the aforementioned culture of friendliness on a pedestal. In any other company, would you have the opportunity to rent an RV and go on vacation?

My team helped me implement my responsibilities. Thanks to them, I learned about the structure, processes and gained the knowledge necessary to perform my daily duties well. Every day I feel better and more confident. It is the people who give strength, driving me in action, striving for so-called continuous improvement.

If I had to sum up my “journey” with Erwiny Hymer Group in a few words:

Why did I come here? To combine my professional life with my passion, and that is caravanning.

Why am I here? Because I am motivated by the people I work with and who make my work a pleasure.

Why will I be here? To build a close-knit, motivated team that can cope with any problem.

I started work on the 1st of February 2023. The interview itself was important, during which there was an extremely pleasant atmosphere. My first month at Erwin Hymer was a proper introduction to the job, and super complemented this training was a trip to the EHG – Capron company in Neustadt. There I learned the finer details of my job.

I am very happy to be here, and I think Erwin Hymer Group is an exceptional employer. The company is taking off, and I love new projects – what I appreciate most is that I work with super people, based on the principles of honesty, openness, as well as support, assistance and full commitment. I am very happy that I ended up in the quality department, which is managed by a super manager and a leader. You can always count on them and they do not leave the team with a problem. …..I our great team – the girls are great!

I found myself in the company thanks to my friend Kasia, and so my adventure at Erwin Hymer Group began. Already the interview was exceptional. People were happy and smiling. We are on a first-name basis, there is no valuing due to job hierarchy. My manager, who was at the interview, said that we are treated equally – hence EHG’s rule of calling each other by our first names.

I really like the variety of work and appreciate that it’s not monotonous – like on an assembly line, because that’s boring. The work at Erwin Hymer Group is diverse and changeable, it’s not repetitive. I also came across a fantastic team, the leader of which is Wojtek: happy, smiling, he is kind and does not shout, but calmly explains any comments. Erwin Hymer Group is, above all, a great atmosphere, a team of very different but not competing colleagues.

Working at Erwin Hymer Group is something nice, completely different from my previous construction job. To put it mildly, I experienced a shock, such a positive one.

My team are great people – we help each other. I like what I do and I like the people I work with. I have found my place on earth. I hope that my professional journey at Erwin Hymer Group will last as long as possible, because it is a very interesting and pleasant experience.
