Erwin Hymer Group integrates its employees at the annual Winter Party

The organisation of team-building events, has already passed into the tradition of the Nowa Sól company Erwin Hymer Group. The winter edition of the event took place on 20 January 2024, in an unusual, but charming, fairground atmosphere.

The Winter Party was my dream. A dream to create a magical place on our company premises. In this unique setting, reminiscent of a fair, the Erwin Hymer Group employee(s), celebrated and socialised.

The start of a new year is a special time. A time to take stock of the first years of the Erwin Hymer Group in Nowa Sól, but also an opportunity to celebrate smaller and larger successes as a team. As many as 150. people celebrated and strengthened relationships at this year’s Winter Party.

Is it worth it? These were the questions posed by Paulina Zator, acting Head of Commercial Excellence:

When I arrived at the company, I couldn’t believe it… What appeared before my eyes was a transparent tent, lit up with garlands, in front of it was a semicircle of Food Tracks, and music could be heard from the tent… It was a magical moment. I thought then that this amazing story of our company is happening right now, that it is the people who create this special atmosphere. That it’s worth investing in employees, because they are the heart of our organisation.

The Winter Party turned out to be an extraordinary event as perceived by the employees. The unique nature of the event was added to by months of preparation, the fine-tuning of details by the many people involved in the organisation.

Preparing a Winter Party is about strengthening the bonds and relationships of a team. Team exceptional people. Some of them took care of the marquee order, others took care of the communication, and others took care of the good food and music. The scale of this event allowed us to recognise the resources of our team and appreciate the exceptional commitment to work.

The Erwin Hymer Group’s employees have entered the year 2024 with new energy, and it’s worth celebrating and marking moments together. The Winter Party has become part of the Erwin Hymer Group’s calendar as a cyclical and magical event at the same time.
