Official opening of Erwin Hymer Group Sp. z o.o. in Nowa Sól

October 2021. The Erwin Hymer Group (EHG), in cooperation with its parent company THOR Industries, decided to acquire another production facility, Erwin Hymer Group Nowa Sól sp. z o.o., to meet the growing demand for recreational vehicles. The first vehicles left the factory in May 2023.

Originally, the reconstruction of the Nowej Soli plant was to begin in the spring of 2022 to provide additional production capacity for Europe’s booming RV sector. However, due to the outbreak of war in Ukraine, the production hall was temporarily used as a logistics center for humanitarian aid.

In April 2023, the factory was officially opened with the participation of guests from EHG, THOR, as well as local partners and authorities.
